The way we do counseling is changing. With the advent of insurance covered Telehealth services, clients are now able to meet with counselors over Video Conferencing with HIPAA compliant software.
New Hope Counseling does just this through Doxy.me This software is easy to use, and HIPAA compliant, which keeps your information and session safe and secure.
Currently we offer Telehealth at our usual rate of $120/hour. We are currently contacting insurance providers to assist in making this service more available to Massachusetts clients, especially when the weather prevents face-to-face sessions.

You will also need to fill out the Intake Packet prior to your first Telehealth meeting. Download, fill out, rescan or photograph each page of the packet and email it back to Jim. You can find the Intake Packet below:
